The Crowdfire social media manager allows you to create a list of topics to monitor, and when you see something you like on your Facebook feed, you just fire it with the green share button!
Alternatively, install the chrome plugin and when you are on a web page you'd like to share as a Facebook post, you just hit the plugin button in Chrome.
